Refund Policy

This is the refund policy for AI Launch Pad. It forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to every purchase.

The short version

All payments are final. We remind you before every automatic charge, and cancelling takes under a minute from your dashboard. Because of that, we do not refund charges that happen when a subscription renews or upgrades before you cancelled it.

Test Drive auto-upgrade

The Test Drive costs $1 for your first 7 days. At the end of day 7, your plan upgrades automatically to Launch and your card is charged $99. Then $99 per month going forward.

We tell you this before you buy, on your dashboard every day of your trial, and by email the day before the charge.

If you do not cancel before day 7, the $99 charge is final and will not be refunded. Cancelling on day 8 stops future charges, but the charge that already happened stays.

Renewals (monthly and annual)

Subscriptions renew automatically: monthly plans each month, annual plans each year, on your billing date.

If you do not cancel before your renewal date, the renewal charge is final and will not be refunded. Cancelling after a renewal stops future charges. You keep full access until the end of the period you paid for.

Billing mistakes

If you were charged twice for the same period, or charged after a confirmed cancellation, that is our error and we will fix it. Contact mailto:michael@michaellim.co within 14 days of the charge and include the email on your account.

Consumer protection law

Where the law in your country gives you refund rights that this policy cannot override, those rights apply. To make a request under applicable consumer protection law, contact mailto:michael@michaellim.co within 14 days of the charge in question.
